Frequently questions about our hotel, your overnight stay and much more

Our rooms are ready for occupancy from 2 p.m. If you arrive earlier, we ask for a brief information on the day before arrival. Depending on availability, we offer you an early check-in at a small surcharge.

We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. Please also have the key cards ready. Bills can be paid the evening before. We would be happy to provide you with a longer room for an additional charge and subject to availability. To do this, contact our reception team.

The entire hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Therefore, please smoke outside the building. Ashtrays are available near our entrances.
